I can not express how pleased I am with the experience I had with Mr. Mashni and his office staff. I live on the West Coast and when a case I thought was settled came to light in KY from over 15 years ago I was at the mercy of Google to help me find a lawyer quickly. Abe did an amazing job as our attorney. I had previously had him as my attorney which was the best decision I made. From day one I felt my anxiety at ease. When we hired Abe, we were 3 years almost in for a very high profile case. The court appointed attorney for my Sister just wasn’t meeting our expectations. None of us knew what the outcome of this case would be, however we knew we at the very least wanted a chance. When I first spoke to Abe I told him I just wasn’t sure what to expect. That I knew it would be tough. However, what I really wanted was good communication and someone to actually spend time looking over my Sisters discovery- instead of handing it to her to deal with, like the public defender did. Our past experience with very poor communication only added to our frustration. Abe came on board and dove in head first.
